[SECC] Circle for CQ WW DX CW

Hi all:

There has been a request from a member not directly involved that the 
club circle be moved to the "red circle" for CQ WW CW weekend.  That 
would practically mean that W4OC would be outside the circle and K4WI 
and W4BQF would be within the circle.  If anyone objects, the circle 
will not be moved.  If there are no objections posted on the reflector 
before the contest starts, the circle for this contest will be the red 
circle.
