2.  10-10 International Fall Contest, CW.  0001Z Sat - 2359Z Sun.  CW 
only, 10 meters only.  Exchange:  Name + SPC + 10-10 member number, if

3.  Spartan Sprint QRP Contest.  02 to 04Z Tuesday (Monday night local). 
  CW only.  3560, 7040, 14060, 21060, 28060.  Exchange:  RST + SPC + 
power output.

4.  Note that our local time will change during the weekend.  This means 
that the first two contests start at 8 PM EDT and end at 7 PM EST.  This 
also means that the UTC time for the Spartan Sprints will be one hour 
later than they have been, so that the lower bands will be more 
important than before and the high bands may actually be dead or nearly 
so when the Sprint starts.
