[SECC]Required changes to the Constitution of the SECC

Article II, Sec. 1 is amended as shown below.

OFFICERS: Article II 

Sec 1. The officers of this club shall be President, Vice President,
Secretary, and Treasurer.

This is quoted for information only as it requires a vote to elect the
Treasurer.

Sec 3. Vacancies occurring between elections shall be filled by
special elections as soon as possible following the withdrawal or
resignation of any officer. The remaining officers shall conduct the
special election. Voting shall be by any form of communication,
including e-mail. Election to the vacant office shall be by a majority
of the members voting.

DUTIES OF OFFICERS: Article III 

Sec 1. The President shall preside at all meetings and conduct them
according to the rules adopted. The President shall enforce due
observance of this Constitution; decide all questions of order, sign
all official documents adopted by the club, and perform all other
duties pertaining to the office. 

Sec 2. The Vice president shall assume the duties of President in this
person's absence. The VP will do other such duties as determined by
the President. 

Sec 3. The Secretary shall keep a record of the proceedings of all
meetings, keep a roll of members, submit membership applications, read
communications at each meeting, and submit member's names and calls
for club competition. This person will also be required to maintain
club affiliation with ARRL and conduct all correspondence, concerning
the club.

A new Sec 4. must be added to define the duties of the Treasurer.

Sec 4. The Treasurer shall perform such duties as assigned by the
President or Vice President of the Club.
