[SECC] KU8E GQP Plans

Permission to use the SECC Club call is granted to KU8E for a period
beginning 12 hours before the GQP begins, and ending 12 hours after
the end of the event. This permission is granted only on condition
that complete copies of all logs are sent to K4BAI. ( who acts as the
QSL manager )

Mailed the change of Trustee form a few mins ago to John. The ARRL is
usually pretty quick on these changes, so we should have a new Trustee
in about 3 weeks.
