[SECC] Ohio QSO Party Results

  N4PN won the high power out-of-state plaque.  K4BAI was 2nd place and N4GG was 4th in that 
  category. KU8E was 5th in the low power category.  The SECC had the top out of state club score -
  8 entries and 207222 points. Unfortunately they don't offer a plaque for this.  The most QSO's
  outside of Ohio was with GA - 937 QSO's .  Nice job SECC !!
