[SECC] W4AN SECC Club QSL Cards

Wayne always provided excellent service.  I used him for years.   Than I got 
tired of the game of QSL'in.  So I got some el-cheapo's.  That I call my 
Make em Happy QSL's.  Single color,  etc.
