[SECC] Preliminary SECC Teams for NAQP

See the message below from KU8E.  Looks like we need one more team 
member to have a full team #3.  Isn't there somebody else who will be on 
at least part time to fill out that team?  e-mail ku8e at bellsouth.net 
right away as he will register the teams tonight.

BTW, K4AQ and NT4XT will be operating M/2 in NAQP CW from the WW4LL 
station.  I don't know which call they will be using, but keep a lookout 
for them also.
