[SECC] QSL Route for ZC4LI

Hello all:  Does anyone know how to QSL ZC4LI?  I worked him recently on 
18 mhz.  He is G0LII and also 5B4AHA.  Funny thing, but I worked him on 
12 meters in October and sent for and received his QSL.  But, I can no 
longer figure out what route I used.  It seems to have come directly 
from him, but has no address on it.  I can't find a good address or 
route for ZC4LI, 5B4AHA, or G0LII.  Thanks for any help.  73, John, K4BAI.
