[SECC] Announcement, July 1 Canada Day Contest

Good day everyone

Just a quick reminder and invitation to participate in the RAC Canada Day
contest on July 1st starting at 00:00Z.  This year that will mean it will
start late Thursday afternoon or early evening in the Americas and very
early on Friday in other parts of the world.

ALL participants are welcome to join in!
