[SECC] GQP vote

I vote that we keep the GQP.   I know someone has to do a lot of 
work to advertise and do the scoring.  We have a lot of members, so 
it would seem that someone would have the time and inclination to 
help.  I am recently retired and would be willing to help, if necessary.  
I don't have the computer skills to do all the scoring, but could help 
someone who did.
I did not participate last year because the GQP was on Easter, but I 
do enjoy the contest.  I am usually the only fixed station in Lamar 
county and get quite a few calls.
