[SECC] Send in those scores!

Put this down as an example of "No matter how few contacts you made in
the contest, send in the log!".  I was surprised to find a 8 1/2 x 11
envelope from ARRL in the mail today.  I was even more surprised to find
in it a certificate for 'First Place Single Operator Mixed Mode Low
Power, Georgia Section' for the 2004 IARU HF World Championship.  Now, I
don't particularly remember putting in any special effort in IARU HF
last year.  And when I checked it out on the ARRL results page, it
pretty much confirmed it, as I had a whopping 29 Qs.  Apparently,
though, I was the only SOLP Mixed operator in GA to send in a log.
It'll still look good on the wall.

I have to wonder how many GA operators would have taken this cert
instead, if only they had bothered to send in their logs.
