A couple of added notes:

1. Please do not copy Bill's Mom with these messages. Aside from the
fact she could not possibly understand, it very well may serve as a
painful reminder of her son's death.
After all, it has been less than a year.

2. All individuals who use the call are REQUIRED to send a copy of
that log to John.

I'll try to get something setup for the C&Bs soon to establish some
set of rules.
