[SECC] SS Logger

I just checked ten and fifteen.  Not much activity,  but for sure open.  7 
land on 10,  beacons coming in well.  And on 15 I worked VE1OK with his 
ground mounted Titan at 599 plus.

May be a interesting weekend.  And if my crummy back lets me I'll be there.
