[SECC] Cabrillo File for SS

I submitted my log for SS CW this weekend. The robot accepted my log and didn't return any errors.
The heading of the file looks something like this :

There was some discussion  on the reflector that you need to remove the mode (CW) from the
category line. Apparently, the robot doesn't care - If you want to remove it you can, but it is not
required.
