[SECC] Storm Welfare Traffic Frequency

3965,  The Alabama Section Net is handling Health and Welfare traffic from 
Biloxi MS.

She (KB7BSA) can handle a small amount of inbound.  All other communication 
is out.   Ham radio is the ONLY communications that is working.  Police, 
Fire, Rescue,  all of it is being done on Ham Radio.
