[SECC] WPX CW memory keyer setup

On plain ol' memory keyers I usually used something like:
1 - CQ
2 - Exchange
3 - QRZ message
4 - my call

I do suggest using contest software to send CW during contest these
days however...I can't remember the last time I used a memory keyer!
