[SECC] Bureau??

All,
 Overnight I seem to have become a "crotchety old curmudgeon" ! Was filling 
out a few QSL request this morning. Majority were for Johnson co. to cty 
hunters. Nine were from the MRCS (bureau ?) run by KN6ZB. It finally dawned 
on me that the stations wanted confirmation but don't send one in return. 
They only enclose the generic request card. Normally I fill it out and also 
enclose one of my own cards. I've never participated in the awards programs. 
Though as a kid, was always excited to run to the mailbox and pull out a 
fist full of cards. After 45 yrs worth of boxes full, it's no big deal but 
seems if its important for them to receive one they'ed enclose one of 
theirs.

Is this MRCS bureau volunteer or do they make make a few $ for the service. 
Looks like the station wanting confirmation would just send direct. Or maybe 
I just need to get my Dr. to prescribe some daily meds and quit being so 
cantankerous !
