Might be worth another try at the insurance co. With a lightning strike in 
your close proximity and that much damage, may be time to be more forceful. 
Don't know if a nice letter from a lawyer would work or not---- but down 
here in mid Ga---- the insurance co.s don't fair too well before a local 
jury. When faced with just the hint of litigation, they usually become 
easier to work with. Seems you should have a good case if Ten Tec documents 
that much damage and you reported it just after the storm.  Good luck.
