[SECC] Announcement, RAC Winter Contest This Saturday

Radio amateurs worldwide are invited to participate in the Canada Winter Contest this weekend on December 30, 2006 from 00:00 to 23:59 UTC.  This year we have introduced CW and SSB only categories to supplement the pre-existing categories for the contest.  Multipliers are Canadian provinces or territories.
