[SECC] Reminder: MN QSO Party this Saturday

Just a reminder that the Minnesota QSO Party is this Saturday.  We're 
featuring activity from all 87 counties, numerous Rovers to chase 
around, and this is a great way to warm up for SSB Sprint and make sure 
all your antennas are working.
