[SECC] 3Y0X - today

I worked them both on 17M & 20M cw around 5PM within 15 minutes of each
other as I was getting parts together to finish up a 30M antenna.  Both
times, the guy cranked the keyer speed down to qso with me.  Couldn't
copy as I was locked into the higher speed mode and was in shock -
twice.
