[SECC] Crazy spots

I didn't see it...but it does not surprise me one bit.  With the trash we 
have in ham radio today,  due IMHO, to the lack luster enforcement and ease 
of getting a license.  So now we see it in the Contest/DX world.  And CW 
yet.   What a deal.
