FWIW
  I had someone jump my Freq, low on the band, and give me some QRM.  I do think it was a xx3x call, but I didn't jot it down.  
  When I slid down to clear, after giving notice a few time, he did the same.  
  When I moved back up to clear, he did the same.
  Finally he just left after dueling CQs for a while....  I would rather move than battle, but this encounter seemed odd as the fellow seemed to want to chase.
   
  It could be someone who was near by, but didn't have the selectivity to hear a clear freq even though I could drop him out by moving a couple hundred Hz.
   
  More likely it was the obvious... malpractice.
   
  Times like this are when the indoor Beverages help.
