Jim,

Go to the help at http://pages.cthome.net/n1mm/html/English/Help.htm It tells you how to do 
everything step by step.

You setup the CW macros by doing :
Config | Change Packet/CW/SSB/Digital Message Buttons | Change CW Buttons
