[SECC] GQP Scores are Posted

I certainly second that. Mike has done a terrific job, not only 
getting the scoring completed so quickly, the detail in the GQP web 
site is just tremendous.

Certainly a outstanding effort, from advertising the GQP to the 
posting of final scores.
