[SECC] N1MM Sound Card Interface

Now, this is something I was wqaiting on someone to come up with.  I have a 
similar problem but it is in feeding the LINE OUT from the computer to the 
mike input on my Drake T-4XC.  Any thoughts on this one, Scott?
