It's a bit wider than this.  There is alot of DX below 7.030, this
morning I worked a VK1 on 7.029.  However, as a fan of QRP-CW, I tend
to avoid getting too close to 7.030 and 7.040.  During a contest, 40
is wide open from 7.025 through 7.100.
