Sure got a lot of questions -- here's how ARRL handles contest reports!

1) The writeup author gets the results of the contest about a month before 
QST's publishing deadline.

2) As soon as QST production is completed, the basic report goes on the ARRL 
web site  -- http://www.arrl.org/contests/results/ -- but is accessible to 
members only. The database and other supporting info are added shortly 
thereafter, also members-only.

3) When QST is mailed, the results are made available to anyone via the web 
site.  A full line score listing is available to anyone, but the 
searchable/sortable database is only available to members.
