[SECC] Need a bolunteer

Since taking over the CQ WW 160 contests in 1992 the logs have grown from
300 SSB and 600 CW to 800 SSB and 1600 CW Logs this year.  I have help with
the certificates but need help with the plaques.

Its time to ask for sponsor money to do the 2005 and 2006
to finally get caught up.  The plaques are done by Creative Awards in
Woodstock (formerly Creative Engraving in Roswell).  The last help I had was
Phil W4GTS a dozen years ago.

A good number of locals are sponsors so its reasonable to keep the plaque
volunteer local also.
