[SECC] Announcement: Happy New Year Contest

Hello all:  See the message below about a Hungarian sponsored Happy New 
Year contest.  Maybe a fun thing to do on New Year's Day when the rest 
of the family is resting.  Note that you can be your own multiplier if 
you have access to a call with the "HNY" letters in its suffix.  Right 
now I can't remember knowing of one, but there must be a number of them. 
  Also, not that power on HF is limited to 250 watts.  73, John, K4BAI.
