Hello all:

Today's issue of ARRL Contest Rate Sheet by N0AX gives info on one other 
contest for this weekend.  Not sure why we need a Northern New York QSO 
Party (although we often need the ARRL section NNY in ARRL contests that 
use sections as multipliers).  NNY QSO Party.  full 48 hours of the 
weekend UTC.  80M -70 cm.  CW and SSB.  CW 40 khz from bottom of each 
band.  SSB:  Lower 25 khz of General allocation, 28300-28500, 50.200, 
144.200, 146.49.  Exchange:  RST and NNY county or SPC.
