[SECC] NAQP - W4BQF disqualified

I had to disqualify myself from the NAQP. Only when submitting my 
score did I realize that the NAQP had a 100w max power limit and I 
was running somewhere around 800w!. So WA7BNM will use my log as a 
check log only.
