Check out your setup for CQ 160 CW tonight.  You can work 80 and 160, 
but it would be a good idea to work 160 for sure.  73, John.

NCCC PRACTICE PARTY  continues this week,
Jan. 25 local date in North America;   Jan. 26 Zulu time.

30 minutes starting at 0330Z, high power ok, and two bands!
-- Start 0330Z (1930 PDT, 2030 MDT, 2130 CDT 2230 EDT)

Let's emphasize 160m (1815) in prep. for the CQ WW 160 this weekend test, 
but observe NS (NCCC Sprint) rules:

BANDS:  80, 160m only: --   3540,  1815; ±5.  New mults count on both bands.
-- CW only, CHOICE OF POWER, dupes allowed after 1 intervening Q on the 
same band, 1 KHz QSY.
Back-to-back QSOs with same station on different bands are OK.
