[SECC] Proposed New Center for Circle

For the record, my exact GPS coordinates are 34.03'N and 84.74' W.

Looking at one of the circles with Map Point, it bothers me that
Bartow
County, which is about 4 miles NE of me is out of the circle.

This is a very exciting discussion, but I wish we could actually see
a roster of the SECC. And then clean the thing up. I know we have
a DU in the membership, but I seriously doubt his location would make
him very interested in our propagation.

Along with that, I would also propose getting a look at the complete
roster of who is subscribed to SECC. I do not propose throwing anyone
off the subscription list, but as John pointed out, we have at least
2 in NC who may not even be subscribed.

So, I would think a little house cleaning is required before we
shift anything. Might be a good idea also to look at contest scores
and see if we have a "hot shot" right under our noses who doesn't
know we exist.
