[SECC] Finished the CQ 160 2007 results

I finished the 2007 results and hope everything is Ok at CQ.  Please that
many of the gang on the local reflectors won certificates AND PLAQUES!

Thanks to the Alabama Contest Group for sponsoring the Canada CW and SSB and
Japan CW plaques for both 2007 and 2008.

Sorry I missed the SEDXC meeting but the deadline
cane much too quickly HI.
