[SECC] GQP log update

We have 267 logs in the party as of tonight, 4/28.

The home page has been updated to spotlight W4NZ with the pics they sent in.

Logs, Soapbox, and Pics were updated along with the home page.

Thanks to some folks who spotted some glitches.  Edits were made.
If you see a typo, or something out of place, send me a note.

If you still have not sent your log...   take a minute, and get into the record books.
