[SECC] Announcement: SNS and NS Thursday Night

Note that this one is SINGLE BAND 20M with dupes permitted.  73, John, 
K4BAI.

This week, we'll NS rules on SINGLE BAND 20m for the Thursday  practice,
AUG. 21 local date in North America;   Aug. 22 UTC.

Practice the basic skill of all Sprints, S&P for cuplets.  Take a 
week off from SO2R!!!

30 minutes starting at 0230Z, 20m CW, 100w max
-- Start 0230Z (1930 PDT, 2030 MDT, 2130 CDT 2230 EDT)

NS RULES:   DUPES OK, 100 watts
BAND:  20m,  14035-14045

The SLOW SPEED CW NS practice continues:  02-0215Z on Thursday; 20, 
40, 80m CW, dupes ok.
