Here are the 13 counties last years top scorer K5YAA missed :

ATKN, BERR, BRAN, CHTM, ECHO, GLYN, HANC, MCDU,
PIER, SEMI, WALK, WARR, WCOX

This should be a good gauge on what's rare.
