[SECC] Rare Counties list is on GQP site

I got busy with family phone calls last nite, but this AM, the list is on the web.

A new top level page, Rare Counties, is available to help make plans.

I did pick out some numbers to save you scanning on those 2005/2006 columns.
The "0"s  and "10" or less numbers show the trend...!

You can see how we are close to getting all the counties in the logs.
Jeff, working with all the rovers has brought us where the target is in sight.

I put the whole list  of 159 up, check your county...
