[SECC] Announcement, NA Sprint Practice Thursday Night

Note:  Use real Sprint rules.  Can run high power.  No dupes.  Mults 
once per contest, not per band.  CU then.  73,  John, K4BAI.

NCCC PRACTICE PARTY  continues this week,
Jan. 31 & Feb. 1 local dates in North America;  Feb. 1, 2  Zulu time.

We'll use the real NA SPRINT rules for the Thursday and Friday practices
30 minutes starting at 0330Z, and all bands!
-- Start 0330Z (1930 PST, 2030 MST, 2130 CST 2230 EST)

North American Sprint RULES:   (NO DUPES on the same band)-- CW only, 
your choice of power.
BANDS: 20-40-80       14040, 7040, 3540 ± 5
