[SECC] Question about band change limits for GQP

There is a possibility I may be using two rigs for the GQP from Seminole County.  I'll set my FT-847 up for CW/RTTY and the FT-2000 for SSB.  (the FT-847 doesn't have VOX).
  Anyway, I was considering running SO2R and for instance call CQ on CW on 15 using the FT-847 while Search-&-Pouncing on SSB on 20 meters on the FT2000.
  My question is are there time limits on band changes?  Is SO2R OK for the GQP?
  I may not venture there but I thought I'd ask just in case.
