[SECC] Announcement, CW SS Practice Sessions Thursday and Friday Nights

NCCC PRACTICE  CONTEST continues this week, Oct. 30 & 31 local dates 
in North America; Oct. 31, Nov. 1, UTC

SS rules, no dupes.  In addition to the usual Thursday practice, 
we'll run a Friday night session for the guest ops travelling to 
their host stations.

--30 mins   0230-03Z  (all NCCC practice sessions will be the same 
0230 UTC START TIME YEAR-ROUND, UFN):

This Thursday & Friday, use real ARRL SWEEPSTAKES rules using four bands:
BANDS:   20, 40, 80, 160m: --   14040, 7040, 3540, 1815  ±5.  SPREAD OUT!
-- CW only, choice of power, no dupes

Slow speed NS from 0200 to 0215Z, 20, 40, 80m.

-- Report scores near 3610 LSB after the practice,  at 0300Z (8 PM 
PDT, 7 PST NEXT WEEK) on
the weekly NCCC net), and the 3830 Score posting page (thanks to

Next week, Nov. 7, back to NS rules.   For the winter season we'll 
start NS at 0230 UTC, one hour earlier LOCAL TIME than the summer season.
