[SECC] 160M Propagation Tips for the weekend

Simple answer Mack is from their sunset to our sunrise.  Hawaii is
probably best worked around 6 AM local time.  The other three will be
workable all night long, but the QRM will be ferocious!

I'm fairly new to contesting on 160M (two years) and would like your
tips on how the propagation is this time of year for the ARRL 160M CW
Contest.
 
I need 4 states to WAS on 160M. Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, Wyoming. When is
the optimal time during the evening to work these states?
