Time: 0230-0300Z Friday, Dec 18, Thursday night Dec 17 in NA.

Four  bands; 160 (near 1815) ,80, 40, 20m
     -- Note there is increased digital mode activity at 7040, so as
always, we say s p r e a d out.
NCCC SPRINT RULES:
     -- NO DUPES on same band,
     -- 100 WATTS max,
     -- MULTS PER BAND, as in NAQP.
