[SECC] Welcome New Member Philip, W3HZZ

I'd like to welcome Philip Graitcer as our newest member to the SECC.
Philip is in Atlanta proper (1 block from Piedmont Park), so he is well
within our operating circle; please consider contributing any of your
contest scores to the club Philip.
 
Philip was first licensed in 1959, but like many of us look a long break
before rejoining the hobby in 1999.  e is in the rebuilding mode,
including a K2, G5RV and plans for more to come.
