[SECC] NAQP RTTY Practice Session Tonight

NCCC is sponsoring a practice session for NAQP RTTY from 0230-0300 Saturday
(Friday evening NA time).  20 & 40 should be good across NA with 80 good for
short skip and 10/15 for ground wave.  It's a great way to check out the
station and operator for diddling capability.
