[SECC] GQP top rover Trophy to W4NZ

The GQP plaque for First Place - Georgia Rover, Multi-Op CW arrived today.
A huge "Thank You" to Lee WI4R for his sponsoring this award and to the
entire GQP team for making this party so much fun and a huge success.  This
was a first-time experience for veteran contester N4ZZ, but Don says it
isn't his last <g>.
