[SECC] CQP

A reminder - if you enter the CQP, their rules require you to be within
the club's ARRL circle to claim for SECC.  If anyone is unsure if you
are inside or outside the SECC circle (or by how much) - drop me an
email.  You can always participate of course..no matter where you are.
