Benning in the next few months.  I have replied with info about CARC, 
RCRC, SECC, SEDXC, and ACG.  I have suggested he go to home pages for 
the clubs and join some of the reflectors before he arrives.  I am sure 
he will receive a good welcome.  I worked him on 20M CW in the FISTS
