[SECC] SECC Teams for TN QSO Party

I have potentially two SECC teams plus one for TN QSO Party on Sunday. 
How about a few more joining in and we can have three full teams?

The teams are not registered with the sponsors.  Instead, you indicate 
your team in the header to your Cabrillo file.  Use a text editor once 
your Cabrillo file has been created and put a new line in the header. 
Be sure you have a "LOCATION" in the header.  If you do not, add 
LOCATION: GA or SC or whatever state is appropriate.  Then add a line:
"TEAM:  SECC#1" or SECC #2 or SECC#3."  You must do this for the team to 
get credit for your score.  If you have any trouble doing this, e-mail 
me your Cabrillo file and I'll add it to the header and e-mail it back 
to you.

Mike, NE4S, is essentially two different stations because he will be 
operating from two different states.  Greg, NM2L, I put you on #3 
because you weren't 100% certain that you could be QRV.  I hope to add 
to that team as I hear from others.  If we have only one member, I don't 
think it will count as a team.

I'll send this to the Alabama Contest reflector and the Southeast Sprint 
Coalition reflector also and see if anyone from those reflectors wants 
to join in SECC#3 or even SECC#4.

Except for Mike in WY/MT and Mark in FL, I think our bread and butter 
bands will be 40 and 80.  Some of the mobiles may be monitoring the 80M 
suggested calling frequency on a separate receiver even during the 
daylight hours.  NY4N often does this and requests that we call him 
there when we think we have 80M propagation and he may answer us. 
Remember, though, that the TN QSO Party often has many high power fixed 
contest and DX stations QRV.  It has been possible in past years to work 
these stations from parts of GA on ground wave or backscatter on the 
higher bands.

Note that CW, SSB, and Digital contacts may be made with the same 
station on each band.  SSB = 2 points. CW and Digital = 3 points.
Low power = 150 watts and below.  Claim 100 bonus points for EACH QSO 
with K4TCG.  Suggested frequencies:  CW: 1815 and 40 kHz up on each 
band.  SSB:  1855, 3820, 7240, 14280, 21390, 28390.  Digital:  85 kHz up 
on each band except 160.  VHF and UHF:  50.195, 144.195, 146.550, 
223.500, 446.000.

Disregard any reference you may see to an extra mult for six or more 
QSOs in a county.  I believe that is left over from an old set of rules 
or maybe from the IL QSO Party rules.  Downloads of various logging
